Our liners are made from Ecopond® biodegradable plastic, a plant-based material derived from starch and lactide compounds. They’re fully certified to the European composting standard EN13432, meaning:
Over 90% of the liner material breaks down into CO₂, water, and biomass
No harmful residues are left behind
They fully decompose within 6–10 weeks in industrial composting environments
